These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Fractum Global ("Company," "Fractum Global," "we," "us," or "our") to any client, customer, applicant, petitioner, sponsor, beneficiary, user, or website visitor ("Client," "you," or "your").

By using our website, submitting documents, making payment, signing an invoice, approving a service, requesting our assistance, or continuing to communicate with us about a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Fractum Global provides non-legal immigration paperwork assistance, document preparation, document organization, translation coordination, appointment support, and administrative support for immigration, visa, residency, green card, family reunification, EU Blue Card, consular, school admission, invitation, and related application processes.

Our services may include:

  • Organizing documents provided by the Client;
  • Typing or formatting information provided by the Client into forms;
  • Preparing document checklists;
  • Preparing cover pages, indexes, and packet organization;
  • Coordinating translations or apostille-related document preparation;
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling or account setup where permitted;
  • Helping collect documents requested by attorneys, agencies, consulates, embassies, schools, employers, or government authorities;
  • Providing general publicly available information about process steps;
  • Referring Clients to licensed attorneys or qualified immigration professionals when legal advice is required.

Fractum Global does not guarantee that any application, petition, visa, green card, work permit, travel permit, residence permit, EU Blue Card, family reunification application, school admission, invitation letter, or other immigration benefit will be approved.

2. We Are Not a Law Firm

Fractum Global is not a law firm. Unless separately stated in writing, Fractum Global is not acting as an attorney, accredited representative, legal representative, or government representative.

We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, legal interpretation, legal representation, or legal analysis.

No communication with Fractum Global creates an attorney-client relationship. No information on our website, emails, messages, calls, invoices, forms, checklists, or documents should be treated as legal advice.

If your case requires legal judgment, legal interpretation, strategy, waiver analysis, eligibility analysis, prior denial review, criminal history review, immigration court representation, asylum analysis, removal or deportation defense, fraud or misrepresentation analysis, overstay analysis, inadmissibility analysis, or appeal work, you must consult a licensed attorney or qualified immigration professional.

3. Client Controls All Answers and Decisions

You are responsible for choosing all answers on government forms and applications. Fractum Global may type, format, translate, organize, or enter information that you provide, but we do not select answers for you, decide your eligibility, choose your immigration category, or advise you on what legal position to take.

You must carefully review every form, document, translation, checklist, cover letter, upload, and submission before signing or approving it.

By signing, submitting, or approving any form or document, you confirm that:

  • You reviewed it;
  • The information is accurate and complete;
  • You understand the contents;
  • You authorize the submission or use of the document;
  • You accept full responsibility for the information provided.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Fractum Global cannot and does not guarantee:

  • Approval of any application, petition, visa, green card, Blue Card, residence permit, work permit, travel permit, admission, invitation, or immigration benefit;
  • A specific processing time;
  • Acceptance of documents by any government agency, embassy, consulate, employer, school, attorney, or third party;
  • That a government agency will not request more evidence;
  • That a government agency will not reject, delay, deny, or return an application;
  • That rules, fees, forms, or requirements will not change.

Government agencies, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, schools, employers, attorneys, and third-party providers make their own independent decisions. Fractum Global is not responsible for their decisions, delays, errors, requests, denials, or policy changes.

5. Government and Third-Party Fees

Fractum Global's service fees are separate from any government filing fees, biometric fees, visa fees, SEVIS fees, embassy fees, consular fees, translation fees, apostille fees, courier fees, attorney fees, school fees, employer fees, medical exam fees, or other third-party charges.

Government and third-party fees are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Government filing fees and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid, even if your application is rejected, delayed, denied, abandoned, or withdrawn.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information;
  • Provide documents by the requested deadline;
  • Review all documents before submission;
  • Notify Fractum Global immediately of any errors, changes, new facts, deadlines, prior denials, criminal issues, immigration violations, overstays, fraud allegations, removal or deportation history, prior misrepresentation, marriage history, name changes, address changes, travel plans, agency notices, or other important facts;
  • Keep copies of all submitted documents;
  • Monitor your own mail, email, online accounts, government accounts, case status, and deadlines;
  • Attend all appointments, interviews, biometrics, medical exams, and consular appointments;
  • Respond to agency requests on time;
  • Consult an attorney when legal advice is required.

Fractum Global is not responsible for missed deadlines, rejected filings, denials, or other harm caused by incomplete information, late documents, inaccurate information, Client delay, Client failure to review documents, Client failure to disclose relevant facts, or Client failure to follow agency instructions.

7. Prohibited Client Conduct

You may not use Fractum Global's services to:

  • Submit false, misleading, altered, fake, incomplete, or fraudulent documents;
  • Hide prior immigration history, criminal history, marriage history, denials, deportations, overstays, unlawful presence, or fraud issues;
  • Misrepresent facts to any government agency, school, employer, embassy, consulate, attorney, or third party;
  • Ask Fractum Global to create fake evidence, fake employment records, fake school records, fake financial documents, fake relationships, fake marriages, fake invitations, fake addresses, fake income, fake tax records, or fake travel histories;
  • Ask Fractum Global to conceal our involvement where disclosure is required;
  • Violate any law, regulation, agency rule, or professional requirement.

Fractum Global may immediately stop work, refuse service, cancel your matter, and retain fees earned if we believe you provided false information, requested illegal conduct, withheld material facts, or attempted to misuse our services.

8. Required Preparer, Translator, or Interpreter Disclosures

Some government forms require disclosure of any preparer, translator, interpreter, or person who assisted with the form. You agree that all required preparer, translator, interpreter, or assistance sections must be completed truthfully.

Fractum Global will not hide its involvement, misrepresent who prepared a document, or instruct you to omit required disclosures.

If a form requires preparer, translator, or interpreter information, the Client agrees that the correct information must be included before the form is signed or submitted.

9. Attorney Review and Referrals

Some services may require review by a licensed attorney, accredited representative, immigration consultant, foreign legal professional, or qualified third-party professional.

If Fractum Global refers you to an attorney or professional, that person is independent from Fractum Global unless otherwise stated in writing. Fractum Global does not control their advice, fees, availability, decisions, or work product.

Attorney review, if offered, may require a separate agreement, separate payment, and separate attorney-client relationship directly between you and the attorney.

Fractum Global is not responsible for the actions, omissions, advice, delay, negligence, or decisions of any attorney, consultant, translator, courier, school, employer, government agency, consulate, embassy, or third-party provider.

10. Cases We May Refuse or Require Attorney Review For

Fractum Global may refuse service or require attorney review for any matter involving:

  • Prior visa denial;
  • Prior green card denial;
  • Prior immigration fraud or misrepresentation;
  • Criminal history;
  • Deportation, removal, or exclusion proceedings;
  • Immigration court;
  • Asylum, refugee, withholding, CAT, VAWA, U visa, T visa, or humanitarian claims;
  • Unlawful presence, overstay, or status violation;
  • Fake or questionable documents;
  • Prior unauthorized employment;
  • Marriage fraud concerns;
  • Public charge or financial sponsorship issues;
  • Waivers of inadmissibility;
  • Appeals, motions, RFEs, NOIDs, NOIRs, or complex government notices;
  • Complicated custody, divorce, adoption, or family relationship issues;
  • Any matter requiring legal strategy or legal interpretation.

If Fractum Global determines that a matter is outside the scope of document preparation or administrative assistance, we may pause or terminate services until the Client obtains professional legal review.

11. Service Packages and Scope of Work

The exact services included in your package will be listed on your invoice, service agreement, checkout page, or written communication.

Anything not specifically listed is excluded.

Unless stated in writing, Fractum Global's services do not include:

  • Apostille costs;
  • Medical exam costs;
  • Attorney fees;
  • Interview coaching requiring legal advice.

12. Deadlines and Processing Time

Fractum Global tries to complete work in a reasonable timeframe, but completion depends on Client cooperation, document availability, payment, third-party delays, government rule changes, translation turnaround, attorney availability, and other factors outside our control.

Fractum Global is not responsible for missed deadlines if you do not provide complete documents, accurate information, payment, signatures, approvals, or responses on time.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Any estimated completion time is only an estimate and is not a guarantee.

13. Payments

Payment terms will be listed on your invoice, checkout page, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Service fees are due before work begins;
  • Work may pause if payment is late;
  • Deposits are earned once administrative work begins;
  • Final documents may be withheld until payment is complete;
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback for services already performed, documents already prepared, or work already delivered. If you believe there is an issue, you must contact Fractum Global first and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

14. Refund Policy

Fractum Global's fees are for time, labor, document preparation, administrative support, review, organization, communication, and service access.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Government fees are non-refundable;
  • Third-party fees are non-refundable;
  • Translation, apostille, courier, attorney, school, embassy, consular, or appointment fees are non-refundable once paid or initiated;
  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has started;
  • No refund is provided because of a government delay, rejection, denial, request for evidence, change in law, change in personal circumstances, missed appointment, Client delay, Client withdrawal, or Client failure to provide documents;
  • If Fractum Global cancels before work begins, we may refund unused service fees at our discretion;
  • If Fractum Global cancels due to fraud, false information, abusive conduct, illegal requests, or violation of these Terms, no refund is owed for work already performed.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

15. Client Review Period

After Fractum Global delivers drafts, forms, checklists, or prepared documents, you must review them promptly.

If you do not report errors within three business days after delivery, the documents may be treated as approved for administrative purposes.

Even after approval, you remain responsible for reviewing the final version before signing or submission.

Fractum Global is not responsible for errors that the Client approved, failed to review, or failed to correct before signing or submission.

16. Translations and Apostilles

Fractum Global may assist with translation coordination, translation formatting, notarization coordination, apostille checklists, or legalization-related document preparation.

Unless stated in writing, Fractum Global does not guarantee that any translation, certification, notarization, apostille, or legalization will be accepted by a government agency, embassy, consulate, court, school, employer, or third party.

You are responsible for confirming the translation, apostille, notarization, or legalization requirements of the agency or authority receiving the document.

If a translation must be certified by a specific type of translator, government authority, attorney, notary, court, or consulate, the Client is responsible for confirming that requirement before ordering or submitting the translation.

17. Online Accounts and Login Information

If you ask Fractum Global to assist with an online account, portal, embassy system, government system, school system, or appointment platform, you authorize Fractum Global to provide administrative support based on your instructions.

You are responsible for maintaining your own login credentials, password security, two-factor authentication, account access, and all information submitted through your account.

Fractum Global is not responsible for lockouts, portal errors, appointment cancellations, system outages, account changes, agency messages, lost access, or missed notices.

You should change your password after any administrative assistance is completed if you shared login access with Fractum Global or any third party.

18. Communication

Fractum Global may communicate with you by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, portal, video call, or other electronic methods.

You are responsible for checking your messages and responding promptly.

Fractum Global is not responsible for delays caused by unread messages, spam filters, wrong contact information, blocked numbers, lost access to email, or failure to respond.

By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize Fractum Global to contact you regarding your service, documents, payment, deadlines, and related matters.

19. Confidentiality and Privacy

Fractum Global will make reasonable efforts to protect your documents and personal information. However, no method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure.

You authorize Fractum Global to share your documents or information with employees, contractors, translators, attorneys, consultants, payment processors, couriers, technology providers, or other service providers as reasonably necessary to provide services.

You should not send highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the service.

Fractum Global may retain copies of documents, communications, invoices, and service records for business, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.

20. No Tax, Financial, Employment, School, or Legal Advice

Fractum Global does not provide tax advice, financial advice, employment advice, school admission guarantees, legal advice, investment advice, or government benefit advice.

Any information Fractum Global provides about income documents, sponsor documents, school documents, employment documents, or financial documents is for administrative checklist purposes only.

You should consult the appropriate professional for tax, legal, financial, school, or employment advice.

Fractum Global does not guarantee job placement, school admission, visa sponsorship, employer sponsorship, government approval, or admission to any institution.

21. No Agency Relationship

Fractum Global is not an employee, agent, officer, representative, or decision-maker of any government agency, embassy, consulate, school, employer, attorney, or third party.

Fractum Global cannot influence government decisions, speed up government processing, bypass requirements, guarantee appointments, or secure approvals through special connections.

Any statement about timelines, agency practices, or document requirements is general administrative information and may change.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fractum Global's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid directly to Fractum Global for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Fractum Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost income, lost job opportunities, lost immigration benefits, lost travel costs, missed deadlines, denied applications, rejected filings, delayed processing, emotional distress, attorney fees, government fees, school fees, or third-party costs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fractum Global, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, penalties, costs, liabilities, chargebacks, disputes, government actions, or expenses arising from:

  • Information or documents you provided;
  • False, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
  • Your failure to review documents;
  • Your failure to disclose important facts;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law or government rule;
  • Your misuse of Fractum Global's services;
  • Your decision to submit, sign, or approve any document.

This indemnification obligation survives the completion, cancellation, or termination of services.

24. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Fractum Global may refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time if:

  • You provide false, incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent information;
  • You request illegal or unethical conduct;
  • You fail to pay;
  • You fail to cooperate;
  • You become abusive, threatening, or harassing;
  • Your matter requires legal advice outside our role;
  • Continuing the service would create legal, ethical, regulatory, or business risk.

If services are terminated, Fractum Global may retain fees for work already performed and costs already incurred.

25. Changes in Law, Policy, Fees, or Forms

Immigration laws, government policies, agency forms, filing fees, processing times, eligibility rules, embassy procedures, consular procedures, and country-specific requirements may change at any time.

Fractum Global is not responsible for changes that occur before, during, or after your service.

You are responsible for confirming current requirements before filing or submission.

If a rule, fee, form, policy, embassy instruction, consular instruction, or government requirement changes after Fractum Global prepares documents, additional work may require an additional fee.

26. Website Information

Information on Fractum Global's website, social media, advertisements, emails, checklists, videos, or messages is general information only. It may not apply to your specific situation.

You should not rely on general information as legal advice or as a guarantee of eligibility or approval.

Fractum Global may update, remove, or change website information at any time without notice.

Website information may become outdated because laws, forms, policies, fees, and procedures change.

27. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials, examples, or past results do not guarantee the same outcome for you.

Every case depends on individual facts, documents, government rules, agency discretion, third-party decisions, timing, and Client cooperation.

Fractum Global does not guarantee that any Client will receive the same result as another Client.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the extent permitted by law, Texas law applies to all claims, disputes, services, payments, and communications involving Fractum Global.

If any mandatory consumer protection law applies and cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive that protection.

29. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact Fractum Global in writing at Maziar.khosravani@fractumglobal.com and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless arbitration is required by a separate written agreement or applicable law.

You agree that any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and enforceable.

The invalid or unenforceable section will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent while remaining legally enforceable.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any invoice, written service agreement, checkout terms, privacy policy, signed document, or written scope of work, represent the entire agreement between you and Fractum Global regarding the services.

These Terms replace any prior oral or written discussions, statements, advertisements, messages, or understandings about the same services.

Any changes to these Terms must be made in writing by Fractum Global.

32. Acknowledgment

By using Fractum Global's services, submitting documents, making payment, approving a draft, signing an agreement, using Fractumglobal.com, or continuing to work with Fractum Global, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You understand that:

  • Fractum Global is not a law firm;
  • Fractum Global does not provide legal advice;
  • Fractum Global does not provide legal representation;
  • Fractum Global does not guarantee approval;
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents submitted;

  • You should consult an attorney for legal advice or complex immigration issues.

These Terms are effective as of June 13, 2026.
